Antioxidant Boosting Turmeric Mango Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup almond, hemp, or coconut milk
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- ½ fresh banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Combine ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Enjoy!
